One-half of the garage door tracks was damaged, and we needed to replace it.
Our Solution:
The garage door tracks are integral parts of the whole system, allowing the system to move smoothly in one go. Mr. Dow’s garage door track had suffered some damage to one side, which meant the rollers got caught partway through their movement. That stopped the door from moving properly, and it was getting stuck halfway along the track. We could repair the track, but at this point, it was probably best to install a new track that would last much longer without any faults. Mr. Dow chose to replace the broken track, and we took care of this quickly.
